The Navesink Country Club Foundation is proud to offer annual scholarships to support the educational aspirations of deserving Navesink Country Club employees and immediate family members.

This scholarship recognizes individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and a desire for personal and professional growth.

By investing in our employees, the Foundation aims to foster a knowledgeable, skilled, and engaged workforce that contributes to the Club's success and strengthens our community.

Eligibility:

  • Full-time and part-time employees in good standing, as well as their spouses and children

  • Minimum of 6 months cumulative employment

  • Minimum of 200 hours worked in the preceding 12 months

  • Enrollment or acceptance into an accredited post-secondary or trade/certification institution

Award:

  • Scholarship awards vary in amount and may be awarded up to $10,000

  • Funds will be disbursed directly to the educational institution

Selection Criteria:

  • Academic achievements and aspirations

  • Leadership, teamwork, and contributions to the club

  • Work ethic and dedication both within and outside the club

  • For immediate family members, selection will be based on academic performance, work ethic, and leadership qualities in their personal endeavors, with a recommendation from the employee

Application Process:

  • Applications are due by July 17

  • Applicants are encouraged to provide tuition and educational expense information as part of the application

  • Applications will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee with input from the Navesink management team

  • The 2026 recipient will be notified by August 24
