Navesink Foundation Employee Education Scholarship Program

The Navesink Country Club Foundation is proud to offer an annual scholarship to support the educational aspirations of deserving Navesink Country Club employees and/or immediate family members. This scholarship recognizes individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and a desire for personal and professional growth. By investing in our employees' education, the Navesink Country Club Foundation aims to foster a knowledgeable, skilled, and engaged workforce that contributes to the club's continued success and strengthens our community.

Eligibility:

-Full-time or part-time employees in good standing at Navesink Country Club, as well as their immediate family members (defined as spouse or children), are eligible to apply. The employee must have worked a 250 hour minimum in the preceding 12 months.

Note: immediate family members of Navesink Country Club members are currently not eligible to apply.

-Must have a minimum of 12 months of continuous employment at the time of applying.

-Enrollment or acceptance into an accredited post-secondary or trade/certification institution.

Award:

-The 2025 scholarship award is $5,000 for financial assistance towards tuition, fees, and books.

-Funds will be disbursed directly to the educational institution.

Selection Criteria:

• Academic achievements and aspirations

• Leadership, teamwork, and contributions to the club

• Work ethic and dedication both within and outside the club

For immediate family members, selection will be based on academic performance, work ethic, and leadership qualities in their personal endeavors, with a recommendation from the employee.

2025 Navesink Foundation Scholarship Application

-Applications will be reviewed by The NCC Foundation Scholarship Committee with input from the Navesink management team.

-The 2025 recipient will be notified by August 15 and will be invited to accept the award at the Seafood Extravaganza on August 30.
